Register for the June 11 Office Hour: Depositing Integrative Structures Based on Chemical Crosslinking and 3DEM to the PDB
Interested in learning more about how to submit structures from Integrative/Hybrid Methods (IHM) determined using 3DEM plus chemical crosslinking to the PDB archive? Bring your questions to a virtual office hour.
PDB-IHM has been unified with the PDB to deliver integrative structures alongside experimental structures in the PDB archive. Integrative structures are assigned PDB accession codes and Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs), annotated as IHM structures, and can currently be accessed from the PDB archive, PDB DOI links that resolve to wwPDB.org (e.g., for pdb_00008zzc), RCSB.org, and PDB-IHM. Integrative structures can be deposited through the PDB-IHM deposition portal and are processed in parallel to the wwPDB OneDep system.
Given the growing use of chemical crosslinking restraints alongside 3DEM in integrative structure determination, this office hour will focus on helping PDB depositors navigate the PDB-IHM deposition system and related tools to streamline and support the deposition process.
