RCSB PDB is looking for a Biochemical Information & Annotation Specialist to join the RCSB PDB team at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.

Curate, validate, and standardize macromolecular structures from the PDB community. Participate in exciting projects with significant impact on the worldwide scientific community. This is a unique opportunity to engage in leading edge research, development, and training activities of the RCSB PDB.

Experience in structural biology with a PhD in a relevant field is required in order to validate chemical identity of small molecules, cross-check biological sequences with external sequence databases, and perform geometrical validation.
